Dan and George hadn’t made music together for 15 years. In November 22 their diaries cleared for a week to work on scraps of songs Dan had been toying with for a while.
Something about the road trip with two old friends reuniting and the stunning beauty of the highlands made for a productive few days recording.

They rented a small chalet next to a loch at the gateway of the Applecross peninsula.
On the same site was an old chapel which they turned into their studio for the week.

Having laid down the basis of each track with Dan’s vocal and acoustic, George began the process of adding other instruments.
Upon returning home George approached other musicians from around the Uk and Ireland and US.

George plugged away between his day job to draw in collaborators and produce the album you will hear.
